Ayoub did an incredible job with my carpets! Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. The technicians who picked up and installed my carpets were prompt and thorough. Overall a great experience!

If I could give a 10/10 I would! Quentin and his team were INCREDIBLE! I seriously thought I would need to replace some of the carpet and area rugs but they performed magic. On time, professional and total experts. I am seriously amazed and would recommend them to anyone. And they were so efficient too.

I opted to have the rugs picked up. Ayoub arrived on time for the two rugs. The rugs were ready in about 5 days but I opted to have them delivered. Scheduling was simple and Ayoub once again arrived on time. The rugs look amazing. One rug (wool) had a smashed blueberry (thanks to my grandson) and had not been cleaned professionally in 5 years. It had really needed cleaning because of day to day traffic. It looks wonderful. I had not realize how much traffic dirt it had. The second rug (jute/cotton) was not so bad but had suffered some abuse from spilled drinks, milk, day to day traffic and whatever else a 2 and a 10 year old can get into. The rug looks great. No frays or snags, which I worried about. Ayoub did a wonderful job. Both rugs look great.
