By subscribing to our membership plan, you agree to participate in our automatic renewal program.  Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you choose to cancel.  This ensures uninterrupted access to our services and benefits.

Billing and Renewal:

1.     Initial Subscription Period: Your initial membership period begins on the date of enrollment and continues for the duration specified in your plan selection.
2.     Automatic Renewal: Upon the expiration of your initial subscription period, your membership will automatically renew for successive periods equal to the length of the initial term, unless you cancel your membership in accordance with the cancellation process outlined below.
3.     Billing Authorization: By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable membership fee to the payment method provided, for each renewal period.
4.     Renewal Notification: Prior to each renewal, we will notify you via email of the upcoming renewal and corresponding billing amount.  This email will also include instructions on how to cancel your membership if you wish to opt-out of automatic renewal.

Cancellation
To cancel your membership and avoid future charges, you must follow the cancellation process provided on our website or by contacting our customer support team.  Cancellation requests must be received before the renewal date to take effect before the next billing cycle.

Refunds
If you cancel your membership before the end of the current billing cycle, you will continue to have access to the membership benefits until the end of the cycle.  However, we do not offer refunds or prorate charges for unused portions of the billing cycle.

Changes to the Automatic Renewal Clause
We reserve the right to modify or update this automatic renewal clause at any time.  If there are any changes to this clause, we will provide notice through our website or via email.
