- Carpet tile. Individual squares you can lift and replace one at a time, so a stained or worn spot comes out without disturbing the rest of the floor. Quick to install and forgiving in suites that get reconfigured often or in high-traffic, spill-prone zones.

- Step 3: Tear-Out and Floor Prep We pull up the old carpet, haul it away, and prep the subfloor so the new carpet lies flat and lasts.
- Step 4: Installation Around Your Schedule Our crews lay the broadloom or tile to spec, seal the seams, and work the hours that keep your doors open. Most jobs are finished within a week or two of ordering.

Yes. Pulling up the existing carpet, disposing of it, and prepping the subfloor are built into the job, so you are not left arranging tear-out separately or finding it added to the bill later.
For heavy use, look at solution-dyed nylon in a dense, low-pile construction, in either broadloom or carpet tile. It resists crushing and cleans up well. We point you to the specific weight and build that fit your traffic during the survey.
Can you install without shutting down our business?
Yes. We regularly carpet doctor’s offices and professional suites with dense, cleanable product chosen to handle rolling loads and the frequent cleaning those spaces need.
Broadloom is either stretched over cushion or glued directly to the floor, and carpet tile is set with a release adhesive. Either way, our crews seal and align the seams so the finished floor reads as one clean surface rather than a patchwork.
Turnaround usually runs a week or two from the order date, depending on the carpet you pick and whether it is in stock. You will get an exact date for your material when we survey the space.
Commercial carpet is simply built tougher: a denser, lower pile, a higher face weight, and a stiffer backing, usually in solution-dyed nylon, so it stands up to constant foot traffic, rolling loads, and frequent cleaning far better than a softer residential carpet would. It also comes in broadloom and tile formats made for large, high-traffic floor plans.
