I opted to have the rugs picked up. Ayoub arrived on time for the two rugs. The rugs were ready in about 5 days but I opted to have them delivered. Scheduling was simple and Ayoub once again arrived on time. The rugs look amazing. One rug (wool) had a smashed blueberry (thanks to my grandson) and had not been cleaned professionally in 5 years. It had really needed cleaning because of day to day traffic. It looks wonderful. I had not realize how much traffic dirt it had. The second rug (jute/cotton) was not so bad but had suffered some abuse from spilled drinks, milk, day to day traffic and whatever else a 2 and a 10 year old can get into. The rug looks great. No frays or snags, which I worried about. Ayoub did a wonderful job. Both rugs look great.

Ayoub did a great job cleaning our two couches. The technicians were thorough and professional. The couches look brand new! I highly recommend Ayoub.
